Were you one of the people who didn’t get an apartment at Mossagården we first started renting them out? Now you have another chance to try your luck. The apartments that haven’t been rented out yet are listed among our available apartments. They’ll remain listed for eight days, after which we’ll send offers to those who have expressed interest.
To express your interest, you must be on our housing waiting list and be at least 65 years old by the start of the lease.
There are apartments of various sizes available. They all have their own advantages, so you can see which one suits you best. If you live alone, we’d like to highlight the studio apartments, which are cleverly designed with a sleeping alcove that creates a private sleeping area with room for a larger single bed. The kitchen opens onto the living room, giving you plenty of flexibility when it comes to furnishing the space. The apartment features a wonderful, large, glass-enclosed balcony that spans the entire width of the apartment.
