The following garden plots are available:
Small garden plot, approximately 100 m² – 1,030 SEK/year
Medium-sized garden plot, approximately 200 m² – 2,000 SEK/year
Large garden plot, approximately 400 m² – 4,000 SEK/year
Prices are effective as of July 1, 2026, and are adjusted annually
If you rent an apartment (including student apartments) from Skövdebostäder and are interested in leasing an allotment garden plot, you can submit an expression of interest for an allotment garden plot on My Pages. You can then express interest in the plot that suits you best. You can find available plots under “Search for Available Plots.”
