“This level shows that we are taking responsibility during a difficult time. Our initial demand was higher, given that we are facing increased costs and a need for renovations, among other things, but it feels good that we’ve reached an agreement,” says Katarina Prick, CEO of Skövdebostäder.
The increase takes effect on February 1, and the agreement is valid for one year. New negotiations will take place ahead of 2022.
“Given the current uncertainty in the world around us, we believe it’s better to hold annual negotiations so that we can arrive at fair and reasonable levels,” says Katarina Prick, CEO of Skövdebostäder.
