180 percent more online reports
From January through August 2024, the number of service requests submitted directly via My Pages has increased by nearly 180 percent compared to the same period in 2023. Because all cases are recorded in our system—regardless of whether you submit them yourself via My Pages or if the customer service center assists you, we’ve seen an increase in quality and customer satisfaction.
– It’s very encouraging that digital reports have increased, especially since our latest customer survey showed higher satisfaction with the fault reporting process. We believe the new way of working may be part of the reason. Internally, we’re much better able to plan our work.
"Our follow-ups also show that the process of reporting issues through the customer service center works well," says Erik Pettersson, head of Boservice.
One of the major advantages of our new approach to reporting issues is that, as a tenant, you can track the status of your request. On My Pages, you can read comments from the person handling the issue, and you’ll receive an email whenever the status of your request changes—for example, when work begins or when the issue has been resolved.
If your service request concerns common areas, such as a laundry room or a community room, you’ll need to call our customer service center, as this cannot be submitted through My Pages.
Two Ways to Report a Problem
Online: You can submit a repair request 24 hours a day by logging in to My Pages. Under “Apartment Contract,” select “Create New Request” and then “Repair Request via My Pages.” Here, you’ll be asked to describe the problem and indicate whether you have pets and whether Skövdebostäder is permitted to enter your home using the master key.
By phone: On weekdays (excluding holidays) from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., our customer service center accepts fault reports by phone at 0500-47 74 00. You’ll be able to speak with one of our staff members and describe your issue. Our fault reporting staff have extensive experience in property management and other areas, and will help you file your report, which is sent directly to the building manager for resolution—either by the building manager themselves or by a contractor.
