If you have TV, broadband, or phone service via the fiber-optic network
If you currently use the internet, TV, or phone service via the fiber-optic network, you’ll be able to continue using these services as usual. If you’d like to order or change your services after the switch, you can do so through Zitius’s ordering portal, Zmarket.se. You’ll have access to an open network where you can choose the service or services that best suit your needs from one or more service providers.
New Free Offer – TV and Streaming Home
The contract stipulates that Telia will provide the free TV lineup. The channels included are SVT1, SVT2, SVT Barn, SVT 24, Kunskapskanalen, TV4, and Axess TV. The TV box and the Telia Play streaming service are also included in the rent after the switch. Learn more about the TV and streaming offerings under “Start” at telia.se/produkt/kollektiv-start
More information on how to activate the service, order the TV box, and return your old box will be sent out well in advance. Installation assistance will also be provided.
Do I need to do anything?
For now, you don't need to do anything. We'll be in touch with more information at the end of the summer, well in advance of the changeover at your building.
