Skövdebostäder was awarded a “Customer Crystal” when Sweden’s best landlords were honored at Berns in Stockholm. The results are based on the tenants’ own ratings, and Skövdebostäder won the award for best product.

The Customer Crystal and Nominations
The Customer Crystal Awards are presented to the real estate companies—both private and municipal—that, according to their tenants, have performed the best. In each category, the top three companies in Sweden are nominated, and Skövdebostäder was nominated in two categories: Best Product and Best Service. The Service Index measures how tenants perceive the service provided by their landlord. The Product Index shows how satisfied tenants are with their housing and their neighborhood.
