The Contact Center is open every weekday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
In the evenings and on weekends, there is an emergency social services hotline that can help you in an urgent situation where you need support from social services. The emergency social services hotline is responsible for handling cases that cannot wait until regular social services hours. Contact the emergency social services hotline at 0500-49 74 21 or 0500-49 74 22.
