The building manager knows the area well and is happy to help with day-to-day matters. For example, if you have questions about how the laundry room works, which storage room belongs to your apartment, or if you need manuals for your refrigerator and freezer, the building manager is the person to contact.
Please note that you should not report a problem directly to your building manager, even though it is often the building manager who comes to your home to fix the problem. You can submit your problem report through My Pages or call the Customer Service Center at 0500-47 74 00.
