These may include, for example, spaces for parties or hobby activities. Some areas have a gym, a sauna, a bocce court, a tennis court, or a shared greenhouse for gardening. Some of our senior living facilities have an overnight guest apartment.
If there are no party venues available to rent in your area, or if you need a larger venue, we recommend renting the party venues at Aspö gård.
Rules and Regulations
When you rent a space from us, you need to follow certain rules. The rules are often posted on a wall in the space and usually include information on how to clean and tidy up the space, as well as what you need to keep in mind regarding fire safety. Be sure to read through the rules and follow them—so that both you and the next tenant can have a pleasant experience.
