Visitor parking spaces are intended for your visitors. As a tenant, you are not allowed to park there—not even if a relative who lives at a different address is using a car registered in your name. In such cases, you risk receiving a parking ticket.
In certain areas, a parking permit is required to park in visitor parking spaces between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. You can obtain the permit from your building manager and must place it in a clearly visible spot on the windshield no later than 10 minutes after arrival.
